Beautiful and Secluded Wedding Venue in Oceanside - Botanica - Tropical Paradise

My first time shooting a wedding for Kaitelyn and Hector at The Botanica was such a magical experience!

We were not sure if it's going to rain during ceremony and staff had to bring everything under the tent. This is the place where ceremonies usually take place. It was nicely decorated, but Mother Nature decided otherwise.

We had some time before the ceremony for getting ready pictures and we got lucky wrapping it up right before the skies started to cry.

Botanica offers so many great spots for pictures: and locations of bride and groom suits let us to do everything and not letting them meet each other. We had so much fun with the beautiful Kaitlyn and her bridesmaids.

Details of the reception were outstanding and very tasteful. Color scheme of blues was very elegant.

This is was the first time I saw so many different cakes! I wonder why is that?

Since it was heavy raining, ceremony was inside. It was nice and short, but very emotional.

We had a blast taking bridal portraits right after the ceremony. The rain had stopped and tropical foliage looked fresh.

Grand entrance followed by the first dance opened reception. Reception was sweet and funny with a nice dinner and a lot of dancing.

I really liked working at Botanica, staff was nice and friendly, coordination was fantastic! The coolest thing about this venue is that it has so many private and awesome spots for wedding portraits, not every venue has. It's a tropical dream and a really great place to tight the knot!
